FAE資深工程師
一、崗位職責(zé)
1、協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源以響應(yīng)客戶的技術(shù)詢問，為達(dá)成客戶目標(biāo)提供靈活可選的技術(shù)解決方案；

2、關(guān)鍵產(chǎn)品(如新技術(shù)開發(fā)、關(guān)鍵NPI項目和認(rèn)證產(chǎn)品)制作的跟進與管理；
Follow up and manage critical product build such as new technical development, critical NPI project and qualification product build.
3、協(xié)助處理異常DFM問題；
DFM trouble shooting
4、為銷售團隊的業(yè)務(wù)拓展、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)提供技術(shù)支持；
Provide strategic technical guidance to Sales team for business expansion and product development initiatives.
5、匯報和展示公司技術(shù)能力更新, 收集/匯總客戶技術(shù)趨勢，行業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢及競爭對手信息
Sythesize and present technical capability updates; conduct market intelligence analysis Ｏn customer / industry trends and competitor landscapes.
6、需要陪同來訪客戶，出差拜訪客戶（包括海外出差），向客戶推介公司的新產(chǎn)品新技術(shù)，促進業(yè)務(wù)增長。
Lead customer engagements (on-site visits, domestic/international travel) to promote technology solutions and accelerate business growth.
二、任職要求
1、本科或以上學(xué)歷，熟練的英語聽說讀寫能力；
Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
2、擁有8年以上PCB/載板工廠產(chǎn)品工程、工藝工程崗位經(jīng)驗，熟悉載板或高端HDI；
Over 8 years of experience in product engineering or process engineering within PCB/substrate manufacturing, with expertise in substrates or high-end HDI.
3、了解項目管理需求, 有一定的項目管理技能；
Knowledge & Skills of project management.
4、積極主動，責(zé)任心強，能適應(yīng)出差；
Initiative and responsible, domestic / international travel is required by this job.
5、良好的溝通能力和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，能組織多部門協(xié)作達(dá)成客戶需求。
Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to meet customer needs.
