Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop assigned customers from prospect to customer.
2.Increase the business share for existing customers.
3.Manage proactively customer relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
4.Effectively communicate the unique selling points of the company.
5.Represent STARTEAM in a factory audit if required.
6.Understand and account for quotations, and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.
7.Drive new projects successfully from the Request For Quotation (RFQ) stage to mass production.
8.Coordinate with CS to ensure timely order processing, production, and shipment.
9.Accountable for Quotation, NPI, Item status tracking and corrective actions in case of underperformance, and overdue.
10.Collaborate with Internal Teams & other Account /Sales managers globally, and share customer feedback,
technical issues, and improvements for better alignment and a higher success rate to win more business globally.
11.Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
12.Identify new opportunities, market gaps, and competitive advantages.
13.Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company's products and generate
leads.
14.Responsible for global/local account management including setting up a regular communication platform between all involved
locations with regular meetings.

9.負(fù)責(zé)報(bào)價(jià),新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入,項(xiàng)目狀態(tài)跟蹤,并在逾期時(shí)采取糾正措施。
10.與內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)和其他全球客戶/銷售經(jīng)理合作,分享客戶反饋,技術(shù)問題和改進(jìn),更好地協(xié)調(diào)以更高的成功率贏得更多的全球業(yè)務(wù)。
11.定期向管理層提供銷售預(yù)測和報(bào)告。
12.識(shí)別新的機(jī)會(huì)、市場差距和競爭優(yōu)勢。
13.代表公司參加行業(yè)貿(mào)易展覽和會(huì)議,推廣公司產(chǎn)品并獲得潛在客戶。
14.負(fù)責(zé)全球/本地客戶管理,包括在所有相關(guān)地點(diǎn)之間建立定期的會(huì)議溝通。
Job Requirements:
1.University degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
2.Minimum 6 years of work experience in the Sales and PCB industry.
3.Profound Know-How of PCB and rich sales experience.
4.Strong in organization and priority setting, accurate and efficient with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
5.Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with people at all levels in a multidisciplinary
and multicultural environment.
6.Superior problem-solving skills to assess and manage complex situations.
7.Excellent customer service orientation delivered in a cost-efficient way.
8.Strong counseling and negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence business partners and peers in critical situations
to obtain consensus.
9.Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality, trustfulness, and a high standard of work ethics.
10.Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a proactive, self-motivated, and responsible manner.
11.Excellent command of spoken and written English.
12.Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.

10.能夠獨(dú)立工作,也能積極主動(dòng)、自我激勵(lì)、負(fù)責(zé)任地成為團(tuán)隊(duì)的一員。
11.優(yōu)秀的英語聽說讀寫能力。
12.熟練使用Office辦公軟件。
